Together, we will explore how yoga & meditation help navigate the emotional changes with renewed clarity, compassion and resilience.
This retreat will offer nourishing restorative asanas, soothing pranayama, meditation and time for written reflection. My hope is that this retreat will provide inspiration and insight for this important journey through midlife.
Spend an afternoon at Jai Shanti Yoga and learn how to create a personal practice that provides ongoing support for the body and soul. A variety of yoga props will be available.
Please feel free to bring any personal items to make yourself even more comfortable.
The practice of yoga has taught me how to listen to my body and to be more gentle and respectful of it. It seems my life is a constant practice both on and off the yoga mat and meditation cushion. The challenge for me continues to be letting go of attachments and accepting life as it presents itself, moment to moment. These are the truths that shape who I am as a therapist and a yoga teacher.
