Come to JSY for an afternoon of deeply nourishing restorative poses, inspirational teachings and quiet contemplation. This retreat is an opportunity for mothers and other caregivers to replenish deploete energy and learn how to ceate a personal practice that provides ongoing support for the body and soul.

A variety of yoga props will be available. Please feel free to bring any personal items to make yourself even more comfortable.
