Feb 4 - Hoop or Bust - Torso Hooping
Feb 18 - Below the waist - Thighs, knees & foot hooping
Mar 3 - Putting it all together
Because each class will highlight a different part of the body, you can join our
hoop classes at any point during this series!
Please bring your own hoop, or you can purchase one at the class.
Cost: $15 - and $5 goes to World Hoop Day
About Lara & Barry:
Friends that once shared a 6500 square foot open space loft in
Atlanta, Georgia, we started hooping about two years ago.
Since then, we've made and sold hundreds of hoops in the US and
