Come see what glow hooping has to offer, and take Superhooper.org's LED hoops for a spin. We'll focus on how performing with LED hoops differs from day hooping. It's a brand new world... come into the light!

Just like you, we love to dance in circles! This class is open to hoopers of all levels. If you've never picked up a hoop, or if you're a pro and want to learn some new tricks, come play with us.

About Sarah

I have been happily hooping since 2007, when I came to the classes here at Jai Shanti. I began teaching in summer of 2009. Hooping gives me a space to play and develop my own expressive dance—both inside and outside the hoop. Everyone hoops differently, and my favorite part of teaching is seeing people start to find their own rhythm and create a unique hooping style; I love the moments when a challenging move suddenly clicks and feels like a natural extension of the hoop dance. In these classes we learn from each other and cheer each other on, and every class helps me become a better hooper and teacher.
